Kenjeh (chenjeh) kabab پخت کباب کنجه (چنجه) روی گازبه شکل کباب توری

Ingredients:

  • lamb tenderloin fillets
  • Onion
  • Yogurt
  • olive oil
  • Saffron
  • Salt and pepper
  • and… Tomatoes

place the meat on the slicer and cut the meat “flat”, almost 1-1.5 Cm thickness, so that it roasts faster and more uniformly,

Mix the chopped onion with the meat. Add some yogurt and Saffron,

then Add some of the olive oil, black pepper, and a dash of salt,

combine well,

cover the bowl, put in the fridge for 4-5 hours so they can marinate well (or even one or two days before grilling)

After two days…

cover stove top with aluminium foil.save it from stains and tons of cleaning!

this tool would be the best choice for this type of kebab grilling,

 Cut in half the tomatoes, and place them on the fire first as they take longer to cook than the meat,

Grill the meat, or BBQ for about five minutes on each side,

You may keep the grilled meat in Pyrex or oven tray, so can warm again while serving,

You may clean the stove so easily by removing the aluminium foil,

Serve hot with saffron rice, or middle eastern bread.

      توی فر اصلا مزه کباب کنجه رو نمیگیره
      فقط میتونید بعد از اینکه کبابها آماده شد در زمانی که میخواهید سروشون کنید توی سینی قرارشون بدین و در فر گرمشون کنید
      مرسی از اینکه به اینجا سر میزنید
