Egg and cheese Pierogi; child food پیراشکی تخم مرغ و پنیر غذای کودک

 

Ingredients:

Bread dough:

  • 2 or 3 tablespoons all purpose flour,
  • 2 or 3 tablespoons water or milk,
  • half a teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar or honey
  • half a teaspoon salt (or less)

Filling ingredients:

  • One egg
  • One tablespoon cheese (optional)
  • A pinch of salt
  • Some cooking oil or Butter

In a separate bowl Mix the egg, cheese and a pinch of salt,

choose a small pan, add some butter, put it over low heat,

pour the mixture into it,

let gently fry the egg,

You can fold it easily by using a fork,

Put it on the dough,

cover it by dough gently, as shown in the picture, like a Pierogi,

put the cast iron crepe pan on stove and make it warm into hot,

place the shaped dough (Pierogi) on the hot pan, then turn the heat into low,

bake the both sides,

You can put the fried egg without cheese on the dough directly, put the dough on the hot crepe pan,

then role it like a sandwich.
