- 300-400 gr Shrimps (in small size)
- 100 gr Walnut (more or less)
- 100 gr Raisin (more or less)
- One Onion
- One bulb of Garlic
- 3 cups Rice .
- vegetable oil, Turmeric, cinnamon, Salt, Pepper and Saffron
Chop Onion and Garlic and saute them with some vegetable oil Add a teaspoon of turmeric powder, Stir well,
Add in shrimps and saute until shrimps changed in color.
Cut Walnuts into small size
Add Salt, Pepper, and Walnuts, (and other spices if you like to add)
After 5 minutes add raisins and mix them well together, after One minutes it would be ready, turn the heat off,
To make rice in such cases that we cook rice with other ingredients, we add less water,
For 3 cups of rice, add 2 cups of water, some vegetable oil, Salt, saffron.
Put the lid on, then turning on the electric rice cooker (or any kind of pot).
After 10-15 minutes while most of the water evaporates,
Add all ingredients and mix with half-cooked rice,
mix ingredients together gently with a fork,
avoid reaching the ingredients in the bottom of the pan, Then,
the point is: dig some deep holes in the rice mixture with a handle of a (wooden) spoon to make sure the water will evaporate !
put the lid on, and let the cooking process continue for another 30-45 mins, over low heat,
