Turkish Pizza (Lahmacun) پیتزا ترکی

Ingredients:

  • Lavash Dough
  • 300gr Ground beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 Red Paprika (or Paprika paste)
  • A bunch of Coriander (or Parsley)
  • Salt, Pepper and turmeric

 Gently fry chopped onion, add some turmeric,

then add the meat,

add two tablespoons Tomato paste,

add the chopped red paprika, (or Paprika paste)

add the chopped coriander, Salt and pepper,

combine all the ingredients very well,

Put the mixture on each of lavash, this is going to be traditional style of Lahmacun,

cast iron crepe pan would be the best choice for baking Lahmacun,

put the pan on stove and make it warm into hot!

Carefully place the pizza on the hot pan, then turn the heat into low,

Do not burn the bread!

Wrap the pizza into sandwich, you may fill it with vegetables by adding Yogurt sauce, Garlic Sauce or Sambal sauce,

Preparing Yogurt Sauce: You can add some Garlic powder (or fresh Garlic) in order to make garlic sauce

  • some yogurt
  • some Mostard
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • some dry aromatic vegetables such as parsley or mint

  3. سلام خانومی من انگلیسی بلد نیستم چرا به فارسی نمی نویسی چون دهنم آب می افته وقتی عکسهارو می بینم ولی نمی تونم ازشون استفاده کنم
