Iranian Pan Chicken kebab کباب تابه ای-سیخی مرغ

Kids love this food, so simple and so tasty!

Ingredients:

  • 500 gr boneless skinless chicken breasts ( or ground chicken breasts)
  • One medium Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Yogurt
  • Saffron
  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional: some Pomegranate paste

Blend or grate the onion,

Blend chicken breasts, (you can use ground chicken breasts)

put them into a bowl,

add salt, pepper and Saffron,

and 2 tablespoons Yogurt,

Combine very well,

cover the bowl and let the mixture rest for at least 2 hours in the fridge,

using bamboo skewers would be the best for this recipe,

Put the meat mixture around the skewers,

Pour some frying vegetable oil into a frying pan, turn on the heat,

Place the skewers into the frying pan, fry gently over low heat on both sides,

You can pour some pomegranate paste over the kebabs and make them more tasty!

  1. سلام خانومی می دونم گفتن این حرف برای من ساده هست ولی برای شما سخته اگر امکان داره مواد لازمش رو به فارسی تایپ کنید
    بقیه رو مجبور میشیم از رو عکس حدس بزنیم چی به چیه.
    منوهاتون خیلی عالی و عکسها هم محشرن نمیشه به همین راحتی ازشون دل کند لطفا سعی تان را بکنید اگر ممکنه فارسی هم تایپ کنید
