A dark German bread یک نوع نان آلمانی

I received this recipe from a German friend!

Ingredients:

1 kg flour
40 g yeast or 2 tsp dry yeast
~ 500 ml water
2-3 tsp salt
200g molasses (schenkstroop)

The flour is 2/3 fine ground and 1/3 coarse (like about coarse bulgur)
And the bread must bake in a form for 2 h at 160 C, then another 30 to 40 min at 200 C

Rest the dough for 2 hours or until it has doubled in size,

Rest the dough for another 10 minutes,

place the bowl of water in the oven

and spray water in the oven,

And the bread must bake in a form for 2 h at 160 C, then another 30 to 40 min at 200 C
