Black Forest Cherry Yeast Cupcake (کاپ کیک ” جنگل سیاه” با استفاده ازمخمر( با تزئین خامه و مربای گیلاس

My version recipe for Black Forest Cherry Cupcake by using Yeast,

Ingredients for 12 cupcakes:

  • 100 gr all purpose flour (1 cup)
  • 50 gr Cacao powder (1/2 cup)
  • 100 gr unsalted butter (or olive oil)
  • 150 gr sugar (3/4 cup)
  • 100 gr dark chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 gr milk (1/2 cup)
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast (or baking powder)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 500 gr whipping cream for frosting
  • 1 Can red tart cherries for the filling

It would be better if you scale the ingredients, otherwise for my recipes use rice-measuring cup,

I am using 100 gr of 72 percent cacao dark chocolate,

Melt the butter and chocolate together slowly over very low heat,

add the sugar into the pan,

add the Cacao powder

pour half a cup of milk, stir all very well over very low heat, turn off the heat, set aside to cool,

Beat the eggs until fluffy,

then pour the mixture in,

Mix well,

add one teaspoon instant yeast (or baking powder),

add 1/4 teaspoon salt,

mix again,

Sift the flour over the top of the batter and stir,

Stir batter until thoroughly mixed,

Cover bowl with plastic wrap and allow it to rest for 2 Hours in a warm place,

put the cupcake liners in a cupcake pan, pour one scoop batter into each cupcake liner,

let the batter in each cupcake rest for another 10 min,

In the meantime Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C,

Bake for 20-22 min, until the tester comes out clean,

I am using a Can red tart cherries for the filling,

Make a hole in each cupcake,

then fill with some cherries,

and whipping cream for topping,

place one cherry on top to make it more beautiful,

the texture of this cake is so soft, moist and light,
