One kilo Kiwi
half a teaspoon Salt
2 freezer plastic bags
Peel and cut the Kiwis in cubes, place them in a saucepan, sprinkle some salt (around half a teaspoon salt)
Cover and Put the pot on stove over low-medium heat
Heat to boiling, stirring frequently, simmer and boil for about 10-15 minutes
Then Remove from heat
cut the freezer bag into half with scissors,
cover the plate
pour the mixture into the plate
place the plate in the Sun, The water inside evaporates and it gradually gets dry
meantime it is completely dry and time to cover with the another freezer plastic bag
