Chicken Celery Stew (خورشت کرفس با مرغ (روش دوم

Ingredients:

500 gr Boneless skinless chicken breast

One stalk of celery,

One Onion

One lemon or lime juice

Two tablespoons dried Mint

Salt, Pepper, vegetable oil and Saffron

dice an onion put into a pan,

cut breast chicken into pieces( 10 cm), place them in a pan, add one cup of water, salt and saffron,

cover and cook for about 10-15 min

wash the Celery

Wash celery and cut into 5 cm pieces, and fry slightly in oil for 5-10 min

add 2 tablespoon dried mint, salt and pepper

mix well all the ingredients

add to the boiling chicken

add lemon juice or squeeze one fresh lemon

continue cooking for another 20-30 minutes (celery should not become too soft)
