Pakora (Slow-fried Pakora) پاکورا

Ingredients:

6 tablespoons of chickpea flour (Garbanzo flour),

One full tablespoon coriander seeds,

One teaspoon Gram Masala,

One teaspoon Cumin powder,

One teaspoon Pepper,

One teaspoon Turmeric,

One teaspoon Garlic powder,

3/4-1 cup of water,

some Salt,

 and…A large variety of vegetables ( such as onion, carrot, bell pepper, courgette, eggplant, potato, leek, Spinach, Coriander…)

My teaspoon size (قاشق مربا خوری)

Dice vegetables

add chopped Coriander

add 6 tablespoons of chickpea flour

add all the spices

add one full tablespoon coriander seeds

pour one or 3/4 cup of water

Mix well all the ingredients

add some frying oil into a frying pan and put over medium heat

put the mixture into the pan spoon by spoon (use teaspoon)

Slowly fry the Pakoras on both sides, turning once, until golden and crisp!
