Braised Beef Tongue خوراک زبان


One beef tongue,

One onion,

Salt, Pepper and Saffron.

Put your clean tongue in a pot

Peel the onion and chop finelyAdd to beef tongue, pour one cup of water

pour hot water over Saffron, it helps release the aroma and color

add Saffron to the pot, salt and pepper

 Cover and simmer over low heat for 3 hours

Remove the tongue from the pot, place in a paper towel, allow to cool

Remove skin and other bits (easy at this point)

Slice the beef tongue with a sharp knife
