Lamb’s Brain Healthy Recipe خوراک مغز

Ingredients:

One whole lamb’s brain

One Onion

One Lemon (Lemon juice)

Salt, Pepper and…Saffron

Cover brain with cold water,  Gently remove skin and veins

Dice an onion,  put lamb’s brain and onions into a saucepan

pour half a cup of water, lemon juice and seasonings

sprinkle with a pinch of Saffron

Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Turn the heat off

use the spatula to gently pick up the lamb’s brain
