Healthy Asparagus Soup Recipe for Baby/Toddler/Child سوپ “مارچوبه” کودک


4,5 Asparaguses

200-300 gr Lamb or beef

Half a cup of Rice

Half a cup of Lentil

One onion

A bunch of parsley (or coriander or Spinach)

chop the Onion,

place meat and the chopped onion into a saucepan, pour 2 cups of water

cover the pan. Simmer over a low heat for about One and a half hour, or until the meat is almost done.

Soak lentils 2 hours before and drain,

peel and cut the Asparaguses

add the lentils, rice, the cut Asparaguses to the pan, pour more boiling water

again cover the pan. Simmer over a low-medium heat for about 20 min

Remove the Bone

add the chopped parsley

cook for another 5 to 10 min.

Add some salt, blend the soup well until smooth (a stick mixer works great)

lemon or lime juice makes this soup more tasty and delightful for babies!
