It’s Asparagus Season! enjoy this Healthy & Easy to Make stew recipe!
300-400 gr Lamb or beef (Boneless Skinless chicken breast)
1 Kg Asparagus
1 Lemon juice
Saffron, Turmeric, Salt and Pepper.
Optional:1 bunch Parsley, 1 bunch Mint
cut meat into pieces( 10 com),
place meat and sliced onion into a pan, add some turmeric, salt and Pepper
Pour 2 cups of water,
Cook over low- medium heat for about 1 hour,
Peel and Cut Asparaguses into 5 cm pieces
add to the meat, add lemon juice
pour hot water over Saffron, it helps release the aroma and color
pour over the ingredients into the pan
Cover the pan and Let them boil all together for about One hour
