Ingredients:

A quarter of Pumpkin

Some Honey

peel a quarter of pumpkin, place into a saucepan, add half cup of water or a little more

cover the pan. Simmer over a low heat for about 10 min

and put into a bowl, also add the remaining water

pour some honey on it

blend well
