***My Own Created Recipe***
This soup can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 days
300 gr (Lamb or beef ) neck meat (or any other part)
Quarter cup of Lentil
Quarter cup of Orange lentil
Quarter cup of Rice
half a bunch of Parsley (or coriander or Spinach)
*Preferably add beef bone cut to the soup*
chop the Onion,
place meat and the chopped onion into a saucepan, pour 2 cups of water
cover the pan. Simmer over a low heat for about One and a half hour, or until the meat is almost done.
Soak lentils 2 hours before and drain
peel and cut the potato and carrot.
add the lentils, rice, the cut potato and carrot to the pan, pour more boiling water
again cover the pan. Simmer over a low-medium heat for about 20 min
add the chopped parsley
cook for another 5 to 10 min.
take the meats out, Remove meat from bones; then return to the soup
Add some salt, blend the soup well until smooth (a stick mixer works great)
lemon or lime juice makes this soup more tasty and delightful for babies!
