Healthy Pumpkin Soup Recipe for Baby/Toddler/Child سوپ “کدو تنبل” کودک

This soup can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 days

Ingredients:

A quarter of Pumpkin

One Onion

Half a breast chicken

One Potato

125 gr Fresh cream

Seeds of pumpkin have a lot of protein

Remove the skin of pumpkin, potato and onion,

cut all the ingredients, place them into a saucepan, add one and a half cups of water

put the covered saucepan over medium-low heat

cooking time: 30 minutes

Add some salt, blend the soup well until smooth (a stick mixer works great)

Finally add fresh cream and mix it.

My baby like this soup better by adding some yogurt while feeding
