Healthy Fish Soup Recipe for Baby/Toddler/Child سوپ ماهی کودک

***My Own Created Recipe***

This soup can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 days


200-250 gr Salmon (or any other kind of fish)

Quarter cup of Lentil

Quarter cup of Orange lentil

Half cup of Rice or one medium potato

one large Onion

some Salt and Lemon

optional: 50 gr Butter, Parsley, Coriander or any other kind of vegetable

Soak lentils 2 hours before and drain

Chop the Onion,

Place all ingredients into a pan, pour 2-3 cups of water

put the pan over medium heat

cooking time: 20-30 minutes

you may add some Butter

and… Parsley or Coriander (this time I added one small bunch of  Parsley)

add more boiling water if needed

 Add some salt, blend the soup well until smooth (a stick mixer works great)

lemon or lime juice makes this soup more tasty and delightful
