Healthy Fish Recipe خوراک ماهی

This recipe is so simple and the result is spectacular! Enjoy this yam recipe learnt from my Uncle!

Ingredients:

400 gr fish (Salmon)

1 bunch of Coriander

4,5 cloves of Garlic

1 lime or lemon

Ginger root

salt and pepper

Mash the cloves of garlic

Grate ginger root

Cover the fish with the mashed garlic and the grated ginger root, add seasonings, place fish in pan with the skin side down

Chop the coriander

Put the chopped Coriander on and around the fish, Pour freshly squeezed lemon juice over fish,

no need to add oil, but you may add a little bit olive oil if needed

 put the pan over low-medium heat, turn the fish only once
