This method of making this fantastic dish is so easy!
300-400 gr Boneless Skinless chicken breast,
500 gr full-fat yogurt,
3 cups of rice,
Saffron, vegetable oil or butter( needs oil more than usual),
Place chicken breasts in a pot, Add a cup of water, salt and saffron, cook for 20 min, Set aside to cool
cut the chicken into pieces, keep the liquid of boiling chicken, will add to the rice
3 cups of rice, 1 cup of water,1 cup of boiling chicken liquid, oil (more than usual), saffron, salt,
put the lid on, then turning on the electric rice cooker (or any kind of pot)
In a bowl combine pieces of chicken, yogurt, eggs, salt and saffron
after 10-15 min, while the water evaporates,
add all ingredients and mix with half-cooked rice
try to put the pieces of chicken in the middle, add more oil (because of the yogurt this dish needs more oil)
dig some deep holes in the rice mixture with a handle of a (wooden) spoon to make sure the water will evaporate !
put the lid on, and let the cooking process continue for another 20 min, on low heat,
In this food the crispy part of the rice in bottom of the pot will be burnt so easily because of the yogurt,
so we have to let it cook with low heat and so slowly!
