Fish and Coriander (خوراک ماهی)

Ingredients:

Fish, Coriander, Parsley,1 Onion, 4 or 5 cloves of Gralic, lemon or lime juice, Salt, Pepper, Turmeric….Rice and Saffron

In this food the flavor and aroma of Coriander, Garlic and lemon juice is very important

Rinse the vegetables

 Chop the onion and garlic cloves, place them in a pan, add some vegetable oil, fry them until golden

 chop the coriander and pasley into small pieces, add to the pan and fry for another five minutes

 flavor and aroma disappear quickly in ground coriander,

add Salt, pepper,turmeric, lemon or lime juice, and half cup of water,

allow them simmer well together over low heat for about 20 min

cut the fish into portions, Spread bread crumbs on a flat surface( add salt and pepper),

put each portion in bread crumbs until it is fully covered

add some vegetable oil, then Saute the fish portions well on both side
